Design Consultation
$300 and up
The design consultation includes up to 2 hours of face-to-face time spent at your home (or via a virtual consultation), discussing the needs & hopes for the space(s). Laura Pennington Interiors will follow up the meeting with a design questionnaire, a mood board and/or any other necessary drawings to help bring design direction to your project.
Room Refresh
Fee Determined By Scope of the Project
A room refresh project can be defined as any space in need of design upgrades (paint, furniture, lighting, fixtures, etc.) but the footprint of the room is largely remaining the same (i.e. walls aren’t moving, cabinetry is fixed, etc). These projects include: ongoing site visits, project budgets, design drawings, sample selections, shopping, project management & communication, as well as final staging.
Full-Scale Design

Whether you have a full-home renovation or new construction, I would love to partner with you to create a home that is functional, beautiful, and reflective of those who dwell in it. These projects are larger in scale and work from the ground up. These projects include: ongoing site visits, project budgets, design drawings, sample selections, shopping, project management & communication, as well as final staging.
